Refund Policy:

If one of our customers is not satisfied with their purchase for any reason they may apply for a refund by filling out the contact sheet above. Refunds must be submitted within 30 days of the product arriving. Refunds can either be taken in the form of OwnHome credit in our shop, or as refund of the bank transfer. 

Cancellation Policy:
If the customer wishes to cancel their order this must be done before they receive confirmation of their product being sent our for shipping. If the product has been sent out the customer will have to instead file for a refund.
