In this season we're going to be making PASTA & PESTO

Starting at Outdoorium drop off your bits and lets all go on a local forage. 

We'll intertwine some folklore and herbalism whilst conciously collecting some foragable food. 

When back at Outdoorium we'll settle for some tea before making our first dish.

PASTA

This recipe will be full gluten & dairy so apoligies for any allergies that don't suit - come to our fermenting one!

This session is NUT SAFE but please contact us serparetly if you have any allergies we should be aware of!

One creating our plant powered pasta we'll begin pounding some foraged planty PESTO

you can take your fresh pasta & foraged pesto home for supper.

We'll try our homemade medicinal yums on some linseed & flaxseed crackers or cheese twists.

Finally we'll do a recipe card which you can send around to friends and family.

Food for Free is for us all. 

As long as we live supporting nature then we can relay on her supporting us!
