About the event
WHAT TO BRING
- Any material you're working on that you wish to develop
- Journal & Pen (we'll have extra pens)
- A copy of the Artist's Way if you have. ( We have two copies and will have print outs for you to work alongside within your session)
WHAT TO EXPECT
- A simple embodiment practice to settle into the space with a welcome drink
- Introduction from the practitioner
- Creative writing flow session and discussion
Break for food & tea
- Second writing session
- Intention setting for the following session
