This year to accommodate our upscaling we've approached a number of Cafe's, Restaurants and Smoothie Bars along the busy streets of Sheffield. We will be doing a weekly collection across Sheffield for used citrus rinds/peel. Citrus powder is a predominant ingredient across our products, in order to save ordering in pre-powdered rind we've taken matters into our own hands.

We dry the rinds then crush them down before mixing them with Oils or Castile's to make our popular infusions.

*Did you know oranges and other citrus fruits are rich in plant compounds that have various health benefits, including anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects.

These compounds include over 60 varieties of flavonoids, carotenoids and essential oils. Think again before you pop that rind in the rubbish.
